Villa: Villa is located in one of the most beautiful parts of eastern Dalmatia, |

on the Peljesac peninsula. It comprises a property of 12 000 square meters, |
|
which is located just 1 meter from the sea and beautiful long pebble beach. |

The large estate that spreads over 12 000 square meters is decorated with |
|
rich Mediterranean vegetation, numerous hundred years old palm trees, olive |
|
trees, fig trees, roses and many other types of beautiful flowers and with |
|
many lighted walkways leading to the villa, pool, to the pebble beach and |
|
the sea. |

Villa is made up of central part, left and right wing, and it is suitable |
|
accommodation for 16 people with servants. |
|
The central part consists of a fully equipped kitchen, 2 guest toilets, large |
|
dining area with a table for 16 people, a large living room with fireplace and |
|
three terraces which are with chairs for relaxing and outdoor living. The |
|
terraces are overlooking the sea and in the evening you can use telescopes |
|
to observe the starry sky. |

The right wing of the villa has 4 air-conditioned double rooms with private |
|
bathrooms and terraces equipped with sitting garnitures. First room of the |
|
right wing is the spacious master room that has a private bathroom with |
|
shower, separate bathroom with designer bathtub.”Master” room has two |
|
terraces overlooking the sea that are fully equipped with chairs for relaxing. |
|
The room has a desk with a computer, connection to internet and Sat TV. |

The left wing of the villa has 4 air-conditioned double rooms with private |
|
bathrooms, two of which can be interconnected and transformed into family |
|
room. Each room has a Sat TV. |
|
From the main building of Villa , trimmed paths lead to elevated section of |
|
the property where a large swimming pool, summer hacienda with summer |
|
kitchen, barbecue, wine bar and dining table are situated. |

Villa is surrounded by green areas and filled with organically grown fruits |
|
and vegetables and spacious gardens. |

Villa is completely air conditioned, equipped with LCD Sat TV's, DVD, |

computer and Internet access, hairdryers (each bathroom), microwave, |

refrigerators with icemaker, freezer, stove, oven, range hood, 2 grills, |
