Villa: Villa is situated in the historical center of Hvar town only 10m from |
|
the main waterfront, the sea and promenade. The specific position of this |
|
villa allows you to enjoy an unforgettable view of the waterfront, the ships in |
|
the harbor, the fortress Fortica, and the Pakleni Island, a group of islands |
|
near Hvar. |

The villa was built in 1612, in Baroque style, and is a monument under |
|
the protection of the Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments. |

Villa is suitable for accommodation of 10 persons. |
|
•
The property of Villa extends over an area of 650m² of which a house |
|
complex occupies 450m² and 200m² is occupied by garden area of |
|
the Mediterranean type, within which there is a small Gothic house with |
|
heated indoor pool measuring 6x4m. |
|
•
Villa is divided into three levels (low-ground, ground floor and first floor-attic) |
|
that are connected by original restored staircase. |
|
The main entrance to the house is in an area of low ground, which is |
|
the area made up of a wine cellar, a large sauna, relaxation room with |
|
a Jacuzzi and shower and a separate room for massage equipped with |
|
the modern massage table, essential oils and all other necessities for |
|
relaxation. |

On the ground floor there is a spacious living room of 45m² with big |
|
Baroque balcony through all its length. Besides the extraordinary |
|
atmosphere in terms of harmonious interior design, living room is fully |
|
functional space for your maximum relaxation equipped with seating |
|
garniture, a fireplace and with the latest technology (Sat TV, DVD player, |
|
computer with Internet connection). Here guests have at their disposal the |
|
home library with rich choice of numerous books, publications and various |
|
magazines in different world languages. |

In this part of the house there are also two bedrooms of surface of 27m² |
|
and 20m². Both bedrooms have big matrimonial beds and private bathrooms |
|
with shower. Between the two rooms there is another separate toilet. This |
|
whole area is linked together by a long corridor that leads to a luxury |
|
equipped kitchen and dining room. Here is a dining table for 10 persons, |
|
large kitchen with big work surface and all necessary appliances and |
|
devices. The garden is equipped with a dining table for 10 people as well |
|
as garden furniture with sun loungers for the pool. |

On the ground floor of guest annex there is smaller fully equipped modern |
|
kitchen with the dining section, living room with comfortable sitting furniture, |
|
and bathroom. |

On the first floor there are three double bedrooms of 50m², 36m² and 25m². |
|
Each of the bedrooms has its own bathroom with shower while the master |
|
room has a private bathroom with designer bath tub. The bedrooms are |
|
located in the attic what combined with the original, tasteful and appropriate |
|
interior adds them a special charm. |

Villa Hvar has personnel (housekeeper, janitor) that will take care of all |
|
your needs and desires and ensure that your stay is perfect and carefree. |

All rooms in the Villa are heated and air conditioned. Each room has LCD |

Sat TV, HI-FI device for music. The house is equipped with refrigerators, ice |
|
maker, wine refrigerator, stove and oven, coffee machine, laptop and Internet |
|
access, safe, laundry washer and dryer, dishwasher, hair dryers, garden |
|
furniture and chairs |
