The main part of the Villa is divided into two floors, the ground floor and the |

first floor. |

The ground floor of Villa is a big comfortable spacious area without barriers, |
|
luxuriously designed to its smallest detail. This harmonious area is made up |
|
of a fully equipped modern kitchen with a counter, spacious dining area, and |
|
great living room with fireplace. Ground floor area still has three luxuriously |
|
designed rooms with king-sized beds, terraces and private bathrooms, |
|
and one extra toilet with washing machine and a dryer. |

On the first floor of the main house, there is a master bedroom which is |
|
the largest dormitory of the house complex. This room has access to a huge |
|
terrace with sitting garnitures and a magnificent view of the sea. Next to |
|
the master room there is a spacious bathroom with shower and a Jacuzzi |
|
tub for two. |

Guest annex of the Villa has two floors; the ground floor and the first floor. |

On the ground floor of guest annex there is smaller fully equipped modern |
|
kitchen with the dining section, living room with comfortable sitting furniture, |
|
and bathroom. |

On the first floor of the guest house there is double bedroom with private |

bathroom with king-size bed and terrace overlooking the sea equipped with |
|
sitting garniture. |

Villa is fully air conditioned and has under floor heating. Villa has a |

swimming pool with deck chairs, seating, dining and garden garniture, |

Sat TV (each room), CD - DVD player, Hi-Fi system, two fireplaces, |

and wireless Internet access, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, hair |
